How We Help with 4WD Tyres

4WD tyres need to perform across a wider range of conditions than any other tyre type, from motorway driving to rough off-road terrain. Our approach focuses on proper assessment, clear guidance, and careful fitting, so you leave with tyres matched to both your vehicle and how you use it.

Identify What Your 4WD Needs

We assess your vehicle's specifications, your typical driving conditions, and load requirements to ensure the right tyre type and rating is recommended before any purchase.

Guide You to the Right Choice

You'll receive clear, straightforward advice on 4WD tyre options, from highway terrain to all-terrain and mud terrain, without unnecessary upselling or pressure

Fit and Balance with Care

4WD tyres are fitted and balanced correctly using proper equipment, so your vehicle handles correctly and wears evenly whether you're on road or off it.

4WD Tyres are only for you If

You drive a 4WD or off-road vehicle

and need tyres that can handle rough terrain, heavier loads, and varied conditions, from sealed highways to gravel tracks, mud, and uneven ground. 4WD tyres are built with deeper tread patterns, reinforced sidewalls, and stronger construction to handle what standard tyres cannot

Perfect for

  • Drivers of 4WDs, utes, and off-road capable vehicles
  • Those who regularly drive on gravel, mud, or unsealed roads
  • Anyone towing heavy loads or driving in demanding terrain conditions
  • Drivers who need a tyre that performs both on road and off it

How to Read Your Tyre Size

Your tyre size is printed on the side of every tyre. Once you know how to read it, finding the right replacement is straightforward. We’ll show you exactly where to look and what each number means.

Where to Find Your Tyre Size

Your tyre size is moulded into the sidewall of every tyre on your vehicle. Look for a sequence like 205/55R16 91V - it's always there.

What Each Number Means

Every part of the tyre size code tells you something specific - width, profile height, rim diameter, load capacity, and speed rating

Check Your Door Placard

If the tyres are worn or hard to read, the manufacturer's recommended tyre size is also printed on a sticker inside the driver's door frame.

Check Your Owner's Manual

Your vehicle's correct tyre specification is listed in the owner's manual under the tyre or wheel section, a reliable backup if you're unsure.
